After a national search for an expert, Mr. Gogulski was selected as mediator for resolution of litigation involving a design-build process plant in Ohio. Mr. Gogulski oversaw Welton Becket's design effort for the Contemporary Resort Hotel while assigned as Owner's Representative for Disney. He supervised a design team consisting of four architectural firms while employed by Kaiser Engineers as Development Manager for Boston's Southwest Corridor Project. In addition, he defended an architect in Nevada litigation against a state agency.

When two of Zurich Insurance Company's clients claimed seven million dollars for payment of  liquidated damages during construction of the Las Vegas Monorail, Mr. Gogulski was hired as consultant in a team effort to protect the client's interest.
